Warhammer Age of Sigmar Battletome: Cities of Sigmar

Matthias Schwellinger purchased a collectors edition Zelda Breath of the wilds game from our online store on the 5th May, the item was posted with Austraila post 6th May, tracking number 99720741631901000850909. Which was confirmed delivered to address 80 Doman st, south Yarra, Victoria on the 12 May. Matthias then messaged the store  demanding a refund as he received the item but it wasnt what he was expecting as he through it included a switch console, we confirmed the item that he had purchased and received and if he wasn't happy to return the item and we would give a full refund however no response from Matthias.
