Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING FROM WA 

We use Australia Post for all Domestic Shipping. Your order will be trackable & will require a signature when being delivered. If you are not home your order will be taken to your local post office. 

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 72 hours of purchase. For preorders your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of all products becoming available at our store, except on weekends, public holidays & closed business days. 

Depending on the location within Australia, shipping may take up to 10 working days to reach you. Orders are often received within a few days, we do also offer express shipping at a cost.

Omega Games does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items whilst in transit, Please contact Australia Post if there is an issue with your order arriving. Australia Post will compensate you if there is an issue caused by them.

We send all of our items in boxes with plenty protection. We use a mix of bubble wrap, news paper & other protective fillings.

 

 

CLICK & COLLECT

If items are in-stock in store, they will be available for collection the same day as your order was placed. We will send you an email when it's ready, feel free to give us a call if your in a rush. 

Pre-Order or Back-Order will be available for Collection the day we receive the product or products In-Store. You will be notified via email when the products or products are available for collection 

 

 

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS

Not all products that appear on our website are physically in-stock at our store, but maybe in-stock through one of our distributors, we update the website daily to insure availability is current. 

Please email us if you'd like an update on your order or log in to your account to check the status of your order.

Back Orders are placed to our distributors multiple times a week, therefore it may take up to two weeks for orders to become available in-store and in turn ready for delivery or collection.


Pre-Order dates are subject to change without notice, please send us an email if your pre-order does not arrive when you believe it should have. We will look into status with our distributor for you. You might find an updated ETA on the product page. As we have an extensive product list we are unable to email updates to everyone when an ETA date changes with one of our distributors.

 

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY 

From time to time stock may become unavailable with our distributors in which case your order will either be modified or we will refund you for the unavailable item in full. We try our hardest to make sure that the stock shown our website has the correct availability, we do updates daily. 

Items with an Add to Cart button are in stock at our Mandurah WA Store. Next to Availability on the product page it will tell you how many units are available.

Items with either Pre-Order or Back-Order are not in stock at Omega Games & will need to be ordered in for you. If an item is a Pre-Order and shows units to be available this means the item is an allocated Pre-Order with only so many units available. 

During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years an added delay of up to 2 weeks may occur for any Pre-Orders or Back-Orders ordered during this time as many of our distributors have a well deserved period of time off.
